Roundy’s FuelPerk Rewards

Many of you wonder what a Roundy’s Card is good for other than to get the sale price of items.  Well…it is good to get the sale prices of items or to get a coupon back from purchasing a certain $ amount of product.  It is also good for Fuelperk Rewards!   Believe it or not, many people don’t know about the Fuelperks or even notice the part of the receipt that shows the amount that they have to save on gas.

In order to earn Fuelperks, you need to make sure that you scan your Roundy’s card or give your phone number associated with your card.  For every “$50″ that you spend, you earn .05 in Fuelperks Rewards.   Now I put “$50″ in quotes, because it isn’t on how much you spend as I can spend $5 and save $20, yet I can get $18 towards my fuelperks.  Earning money towards your $50 fuelperk bonus is cumulative.  This means that I can earn $10 in one trip, $20 in another and $25 in another trip which will give me .05 earned along with $5 towards my next .05 reward.  So don’t think that you won’t ever spend enough to earn a reward.  Plus, you have 3 months once you earn .05 to redeem it and in the meantime of those 3 months, you will be earning more and more fuelperks rewards.

Look at the receipt above.  This is towards the bottom of my Rainbow Foods receipt.  The “Rewards Earned Today” is the amount that was added to my TOTAL FULEPERKS in the next line which is now at .10 off a gallon.   Below that is .00 where I have nothing that will be expiring this month.   [Read more...]

Rainbow Foods: Double Double Daze on 10/29!

YES!  I got totally excited when I heard that Double Double Daze was going to happen on 10/29/11!  Double Double Daze hasn’t happened in the longest time and I miss it!   Rainbow Foods renewed my spirits!  It has been confirmed that there will be 10 coupons that will double in a transaction on Saturday, October 29th ONLY!

You will NOT be seeing it in the ad, but you will be seeing an announcement in the newspaper and signs in the stores.

What does Double Double Daze Mean?

  • 10 coupons will double in your transaction once your total gets to $25
  • $1 and under coupons will double up to the retail price of the item
  • You can use more than 10 coupons in your order, but only the first 10 will double

  • This is just for 10/29/11 ONLY!
IF you are going to be buying a large quantity of something and you feel that you may take all from the shelf, PLEASE do NOT clear a shelf.  Be polite and call your store as soon as you know to ASK them to order for you.  It isn’t a guarantee that it will be in stock, but it will give the store a heads up that they may need to order more of the item as it will more than likely be a “hot” item.

Rainbow Foods The Winning Play Coupon Book

Rainbow Foods as did Copps and Pick N Save come out with a few coupon book that is good until October 26th.  These booklets won’t be at the store, but many times the store will still give you the price , as they can scan another coupon for you,  if you tell them you don’t have a coupon for it.  You will need to have a coupon though in order to get the below listed price!

Rainbow Foods, Copps, Pick N Save Jan 9-15

Even though Rainbow did NOT advertise doubles on Saturday, reports from several MCA members say that there are signs that say they are doubling on Saturdays!

Rainbow Foods, Pick N Save, Copps doubles every Wednesday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Saturday they will double five (5) $1 (value can be less) coupons once you spend $25.

There may be some coupons that state DND on them when you print them out. I have no way of knowing which say DND on them unless I print them all out. If the coupon code starts with a 5, it is up to the cashier to not double it as the register will double it.

***You may or may not be able to use 2 coupons on a BOGO item. It is up to the individual store, though it is in their policy not to accept 2 coupons with BOGO items on sale***

Be sure to have them scan their gas promo card. This also is based on your purchase BEFORE coupons, so it can add up. I just saved $2.00 per gallon or $40.00 as we filled up with 20 gallons.

Rainbow Foods, Pick N Save, Copps doubles every Wednesday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Saturday they will double five (5) $1 (value can be less) coupons once you spend $25.

If your ad doesn’t look like the one below, you might want to look at last weeks ad HERE.

There may be some coupons that state DND on them when you print them out. I have no way of knowing which say DND on them unless I print them all out. If the coupon code starts with a 5, it is up to the cashier to not double it as the register will double it.

***You may or may not be able to use 2 coupons on a BOGO item. It is up to the individual store, though it is in their policy not to accept 2 coupons with BOGO items on sale***
