I am a doctor and Bologna is one of the worst things that you can put in your body. It is loaded with sodium and other processed things that you do not need to injest in your body. This is not a good and healthy choice to stock up on even though its a free item. Use your wise judgement and do a good thing for your body and don’t eat this junk.
Yup…it sure maybe loaded with crap, but then the world is filled with sugar, alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, etc. It is food though for so many and you would never want to send a child to bed hungry.
