I never use coupons but because I just recently resigned from my job I decided to do this whole coupon thing. Well the AD said if you buy 3 Pepsi products you get a free backpack . Wel I bought the jumbo pack of variety chips, I bought some soft oatmeal cookies and juice . Just like it showed in the Ad coupon … I even bought 3 Oscar meyers to get a free. Lunchbox …. Well the Young cashier scanned my coupons but needed authorizations from the manager .. She told me that I still owed $9.99 for the backpack and 4.00 for the lunchbox.. She was frustrated with me cause I asked her , well then where is the FREE part in all of this if I still have to pay… She told me I es holding up the line and if I still wanted them , I just said yes cause it was very busy but she seemed irritated with me… I don’t eve like the backpack but since I. Thought it would. Be free I wouldn’t mind. It.. But now I want to return it cause I saw some cute backpacks at Walmart with thier lunchbox !!! My question is “what the heck was free?! “

Did you show them the Ad? I would call corporate and let them know. You should NOT of paid for the backpack or the lunchbox if you followed what to buy from the ad. What location was this at?
