A Creative Couponing reader sent me this question: What are some free Halloween events for toddlers or preschool or school aged children?
Below are the response that were posted on Creative Couponing’s facebook page!  Please post in the comments if you know of anymore and include all the information you can about the event.

ZooBoo at Como Zoo, October 26, 27, & 28 from 4:30-7:30. Cost $7
This non-scary trick-or-treat event through Como Zoo includes costumed characters and entertainment.
Ocotober 26th – Friday:
Anoka Kiddie Parade starts at 1:15
Byerly’s – Boo Blast 6:30-8 pm (Check the listings for the dates you store has it) Thanks Penny
Anjie - St Cloud: Not sure what area you are referring to but my church, Good News in St. Cloud also does a trunk or treat w lots of games. And i believe its this friday @ lake george they have a big event, kids wear costumes n go thru a not so scary haunt. Decorate pumpkins & a petting zoo its from 4~7. N all for free

Blackout at Nickelodeon Universe -October 26 & 27 from 5-10.
October 27th- Saturday:
 Science Museum : will host Boo-ology 1-4 pm, a Halloween event for visitors of all ages. Kids 12 and under in costume will receive free admission to the Science Museum.
ABC & Toy Zone:  10:30 Halloween crafts and stories- It states at all stores, but call just in case (thanks Erin)
Cub Foods: Cub4Kids Event Saturday, October 27, 2012 from 11 AM – 2 PM No tricks, all treats party at your local Cub Foods store! Kids: Wear your costume to any Cub store Saturday, October 27 from 11 AM – 2 PM for fun family activities and goodies!
Rainbow Foods, Copps and Pick N Save:   ALL Roundy’s stores (yes, every single Rainbow, Pick ‘n Save, Metro Market and Copps) is hosting a store-wide Halloween Trick or Treat event on October 27th from 10am-2pm
St.Paul there is Grand Ave Boo Bash and Highland Park Trick or Treat starting at 10. Both are free.
Woodbury area fans: Valley Creek Mall (Valley Creek Road and Weir) has a Fall Festival  from 10-2 (thanks Elisabeth)
Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove will have Trick-or-treating (thanks Paula)

October 29th:
Elizabeth says:  For those with children with Celiac’s or Gluten intolerance. The Celiac Center of Minnesota is hosting a FREE gluten free Halloween party 10/29. Go to the website for details and how to register.
October 30th, Tuesday
Sarah says to check out Toddler Tuesday the day before halloween … costumes, activities and olivia the pig will be there
Halloween Day October 31:
Cafe Donuts: FREE Donut for kids 12 and under on 10/31
Outback Steak House- Kids eat free w/ adult purchase
Chipotle: Come in costume from 4 pm to close and get a burrito for $2
Krispy Kreme:  Go to Krispy Kreme in costume on Halloween and you can get a free Halloween or pumpkin spice doughnut.  One doughnut per customer and at participating Krispy Kreme locations only.
Sonic will be selling corn dogs on Halloween for 50 cents all day.
Newport:  there is trick or treat in the park. games, candy, crafts-all free (thanks Cheri)
Harvest Party on Oct 31st at St. John’s School Gym, Norwood Young America (Hwy 212-Carver County). Free entry, just bring a donation for the food shelf. food/beverage is available for purchse, TONS of games and activities for the kids. Last year was an inflatable obstacle course for the kids. (thanks Lois)
Sarah says Rosedale mall has trick or treating on Halloween
Barbara  says 2 churches in Shakopee do a Harvest Fair on Halloween
Paula Trunk-or-treat at Grace Fellowship in Brooklyn Park on Halloween. People decorate their trunks and children walk from car to car. I think they have a bonfire, too, depending on the weather.
Kristen  says Resurrection Life Church in Eden Prairie has their Hallelujah Night with face painting, crafts, Trunk-or-treat and lots more. It’s all free!
Elisabeth says There is a Harvest Fest at North Haven Church in North St. Paul – it is on Halloween night

    Wayzata is have BOO days on Saturday October 27th. Free Trolley rides, events etc along lake street and by the Lunds there off of 394 and HWY 101. Times are 11-3. Free food, treats, cookie decorating, etc. A lot of different activities. . .
