Today is Mega Swagbucks Day where you can earn in double digits Swagbucks just be doing searches via the toolbar or via Swagbucks.com.

You still on the fence about joining Swag Bucks? I was too when I first heard about it and didn’t join for the longest time…like a whole year waiting to see if it was legit! Well…I kick myself now as I could have easily earned lots FREE $$$ in that time frame.

Swag Bucks is a simple search engine that “rewards” you with points at least 3 times a day. I search in the morning, noon and then nighttime and I tend to win each time after about 5-6 searches each time of the day. There are also many other ways to earn Swagbucks too.

You take those points and redeem them for gift cards or prizes. PLUS , you get 30 Swag Bucks for signing up and you you just need 450 Swag Bucks for a Amazon.com gift card.

How to use Swag Bucks:

You’ll need to redeem codes once you find them in the “Gimme” box on the Swagbucks Homepage in order to find out how much it’s worth. The codes can be really funny like: 4ThEJ83J or they can look like: HaPPyHOlidaYS.

Using Swag Bucks is super easy. There are several ways to earn Swag Bucks including….

1- Downloading the toolbar and doing searches just like you do in Google. I win 3 times a day doing this.

2- If you don’t want to download the toolbar, then you can do searches from the homepage of Swag Bucks HERE.

3- Just signing in each day, earns you one Swag Buck.

4- You can do the surveys if you want to, but they seem to take too long for me to handle. LOL

5- Do the Daily Poll HERE and earn one Swag Buck.

6- Check out and do the NOSO offers HERE. Basically, just click on “skip” the offers and earn 2 Swag Bucks.

7 – There will be special codes that will be on the Swagblog HERE that you enter into the Swag Buck’s homepage HERE. These codes are kinda funny looking and may include letters and numbers: Du7D63LKmw . They won’t ever look the same.

8- There are other ways to earn codes on the Swag Bucks homepage including watching videos and I think playing games. Though I don’t have time to do either. LOL

You can exchange these “points” for any of the items in the “Swag Store”. My favorite items in the Swag Store are the gift cards! You can get FREE Gift Cards from Amazon, Target, Starbucks, Lowe’s and more just by redeeming your Swagbucks! A $5 Amazon gift card is only 450 points! Though you can get paypal too!

They have also added in CVS to the list of items you can get with your swagbucks!

Produce Managers at all Roundy’s locations will be giving out free samples, recipes and information about tropical fruits, including Lychee, Persimmons and Papaya.

Here is a little more info on the fruit:

Lychee

Also known as “Lychee Nuts,” these small, unmistakably sweet fruit have rough, bumpy rinds that vary from red to pale-green blush. Inside, lychees have a perfumy, juicy grape-like flesh that surrounds a single large seed.
Peel and enjoy alone or add to fruit salads, desserts or chicken and fish dishes. The seed is not edible.
Great source of vitamin C!

Mexican Red Papaya

Mexican Red Papayas are a special new variety exclusively grown on the Pacific coast of Mexico. They have a deep red flesh and when cut cross-wise, their inner seed cavity is a perfect star shape. The flavor might be described as a smooth, juicy tropical melon. They are picked while the skin is green and gradually ripen to a golden yellow color.

Fuyu Persimmon

Grown in China and Japan since ancient times, the Fuyu Persimmon variety is particularly non-astringent, and has a delicious sweet, mild flavor. This tomato-shaped fruit can be eaten in any ripeness stage – firm and soft – unlike the Hachiya Persimmon, which can only be eaten very ripe.
Fuyus can be eaten hard like an apple or also soft and ripe. Delicious when sliced and added to fruit salads, desserts, or quick breads!
